INCAMCAST 603

INCAMCAST 603 is a two-component room-temperature-curable silicone rubber, specially formulated for mold making. It features low viscosity and high elongation at break, and is suitable for fabricating molds with complex structures and large deformation.

Notes: 1.The curing time is 24–36 h under a constant temperature environment of 25±2°C at room temperature. To accelerate curing, cure in an oven at 70°C for 2h after standing at room temperature for 20 h. 2.The mixing ratio of Part A and Part B can be slightly adjusted according to the required hardness. A mixing ratio of A:B = 5:4 reduces the hardness of the cured resin; conversely, a ratio of A:B = 4:5 increases the hardness of the cured resin.
